3. Access and Use of the Services
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account. You may not make your access credentials or account available to others outside your organization.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Some parts of the Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resurpass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
